Invoice Terms & Conditions – Photographer Services in Kazakhstan Almaty
This Invoice is issued by Arman Kassenov Photography Studio, a registered Photographer operating in Kazakhstan Almaty, in accordance with the Republic of Kazakhstan Tax Code and applicable commercial regulations. The Photographer confirms that all services listed in this Invoice were performed professionally and to the satisfaction of the client as outlined in the original service agreement dated May 15, 2025.
1. Payment: The full amount specified in this Invoice shall be remitted to the Photographer's designated bank account in Kazakhstan Almaty within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.5% per day as per Kazakhstan commercial law.
2. Delivery of Work: The Photographer guarantees delivery of all final, edited images within ten (10) business days of the last shooting date. All images are delivered in high-resolution JPEG and TIFF formats via a secure cloud link. The Photographer retains the right to display selected images in their professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
3. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment of this Invoice, all copyright and reproduction rights to the final images transfer to the client. The Photographer retains the right to use images for self-promotional purposes in Kazakhstan Almaty and internationally, subject to prior written consent for commercial re-use by the client.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Any cancellation of a scheduled Photography session by the client within 72 hours of the agreed date will result in a 50% charge of the session fee as stated in this Invoice. The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to weather conditions or force majeure events in Kazakhstan Almaty without penalty.
5. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Photography services shall be resolved through negotiation first, followed by arbitration under the rules of the Almaty International Arbitration Centre, Kazakhstan Almaty, in accordance with Kazakhstani law.
6. Validity: This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to re-quote the services listed herein.
