Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by a registered Photographer operating in Nigeria Lagos and is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
2. All digital files (high-resolution images and video) will be delivered via a secure cloud link within twenty-one (21) days of the event date. The Photographer retains the right to use a selection of images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is executed.
3. The Photographer is not liable for loss of equipment due to force majeure events, including but not limited to power outages, flooding, or security incidents common in Nigeria Lagos.
4. Any additional hours beyond the agreed coverage time will be billed at NGN 50,000 per hour and will be reflected in a supplementary Invoice.
5. The client agrees to a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due as stated in this Invoice.
6. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to reissue the document with updated pricing.
