Additional Notes & Terms
1. All Photographer services listed in this Invoice were performed exclusively within the city of Russia Saint Petersburg. No out-of-city travel was required or billed.
2. The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all original photographs. The client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license for personal and internal corporate use of the delivered images. Any commercial redistribution, publication, or use in advertising requires a separate written license agreement with the Photographer.
3. The Photographer is not liable for loss of digital files due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or technical failures beyond reasonable control.
4. This Invoice supersedes all prior verbal or written estimates. Any additional services not listed herein must be approved in writing by both parties before execution.
5. The Photographer confirms that all equipment used during the event in Russia Saint Petersburg was fully insured and operated in compliance with local safety regulations.
6. For any disputes arising from this Invoice, the parties agree to resolve matters through negotiation first, followed by arbitration under the Chamber of Commerce in Russia Saint Petersburg if necessary.
