Payment of the full grand total amount of LKR 962,400.00 (Nine Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Sri Lankan Rupees) is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date, i.e., on or before 30 June 2025.

Notes & Terms of Service
1. All photography services rendered by the Photographer are subject to the terms outlined in the signed Service Agreement dated 05 June 2025 between the parties.
2. The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all original images. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for commercial use within Sri Lanka Colombo and its affiliated properties for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery.
3. Any additional editing requests beyond the 120 images specified in this Invoice will be billed at LKR 2,000.00 per image, subject to prior written approval.
4. The Photographer reserves the right to use up to five (5) images from the corporate event coverage for portfolio and marketing purposes, with prior written notice to the client.
5. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to re-quote the services at prevailing market rates in Sri Lanka Colombo.
6. All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Colombo District Court, Sri Lanka.
