Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by David Okello Photography Studio, a registered professional Photographer operating in Uganda Kampala, in accordance with the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) invoicing guidelines and the Uganda Companies Act, 2012. All photography services described herein were performed by the Photographer and his licensed team within the Kampala Metropolitan Area, Uganda.

Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for photography services rendered by the Photographer, David Okello, in Uganda Kampala. All charges are denominated in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as stated above.
- All images, raw files, and edited deliverables referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Photographer until full payment is received. Upon clearance of this Invoice, the client shall receive a limited commercial licence to use the images for internal and marketing purposes within Uganda.
- The Photographer reserves the right to use select images from the engagement for portfolio, promotional, and social media purposes, subject to prior written consent from the client for any sensitive or confidential content.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice or the underlying photography services shall be resolved through mediation in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. If mediation fails, the matter shall be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Kampala.
- This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Photographer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated pricing if applicable.
- The Photographer confirms that all services were delivered in full compliance with the Uganda Copyright and Performance Rights Act, 2006, and all relevant data protection regulations under the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.
