Notes & Important Information
1. This Invoice has been prepared by Harare Lens Studio, a professional Photographer firm based in Zimbabwe Harare, and constitutes a formal request for payment for photography services rendered and to be rendered as described above.
2. All images captured by our Photographer team during the event in Zimbabwe Harare remain the intellectual property of Harare Lens Studio until full payment of this Invoice is received. Upon clearance, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license for personal and corporate use.
3. The Photographer reserves the right to use up to ten (10) selected images from the event for portfolio and marketing purposes within Zimbabwe Harare and internationally, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
4. Any additional hours, extra prints, or supplementary editing requests beyond the scope outlined in this Invoice will be billed separately at the prevailing Photographer rates in effect at the time of the request.
5. This Invoice is subject to the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe Harare.
6. Please retain this Invoice for your records. A duplicate copy may be requested from our office in Harare, Zimbabwe, by referencing the Invoice number HLC-2025-0347.
