Terms and Conditions – Invoice Payment
This Invoice is issued by Meridian Project Solutions LLC for professional Project Manager services rendered in Qatar Doha under Contract No. ADRG-PM-2025-019. The total amount due on this Invoice is Two Hundred and Ten Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety-Seven Qatari Riyals (QAR 210,697.00), inclusive of 14% Value Added Tax as mandated by the Qatar Tax Authority.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, i.e., no later than 15 July 2025. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the master service agreement.
- The Project Manager services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and all applicable regulations of the Municipality of Doha, Qatar.
- A retention of 5% has been withheld in accordance with standard construction industry practice in Qatar Doha and shall be released upon final project sign-off and completion of the defects liability period.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Bank of Qatar, Account Name: Meridian Project Solutions LLC, IBAN: QA5801020000000987654321, SWIFT: BOQQAQDO.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Any disputes regarding the scope of Project Manager services or the amounts listed must be raised in writing within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
- All services were delivered by a certified Project Manager holding PMP and PRINCE2 qualifications, with over fifteen years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure and commercial projects in Qatar Doha and the broader GCC region.
- This Invoice does not constitute a waiver of any rights or remedies available to Meridian Project Solutions LLC under the governing contract. The governing law for this Invoice and the underlying engagement is the law of the State of Qatar.
