Invoice Notes & Tailor Service Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by Atelier Sastre Bogotá, a registered professional Tailor and custom garment workshop located in the heart of Colombia Bogotá, specifically in the Zona Rosa district. All tailoring services rendered under this Invoice comply with the quality standards established by the Colombian Chamber of Commerce and the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism of Colombia.
2. All bespoke Tailor services listed in this Invoice include a minimum of three (3) fitting sessions at our Bogotá atelier. The client is expected to attend fittings at the address stated in the header. Additional fitting sessions beyond the included three will be charged at COP 80,000 per session and will be itemized on a supplementary Invoice if applicable.
3. The delivery timeline for all custom Tailor garments specified in this Invoice is twenty (20) business days from the date of the final fitting approval. Delays caused by client-requested design modifications after the final fitting will extend the delivery period accordingly, and a revised Invoice may be issued to reflect any additional material costs.
4. Payment for this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments will incur a monthly interest rate of 1.5% in accordance with Colombian commercial law (Ley 1470 de 2011). Payment may be made via bank transfer to the account specified above or through any Efecti or Baloto terminal in Colombia Bogotá using the reference number provided.
5. All Tailor garments produced under this Invoice carry a twelve (12) month warranty against defects in workmanship, stitching, and structural integrity. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, alterations performed by third parties, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be presented at our Colombia Bogotá atelier with a copy of this Invoice.
6. This Invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document under Colombian tax regulations (DIAN – Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales). The client is entitled to request a duplicate copy of this Invoice at no additional cost by contacting our office in Bogotá. The original signed copy must be retained for a minimum of five (5) years as per Colombian commercial record-keeping requirements.
7. Atelier Sastre Bogotá reserves the right to source premium fabrics from international suppliers (Italy, England, Japan) to ensure the highest quality Tailor craftsmanship. Any substitution of fabric due to unavailability will be communicated to the client in writing prior to commencement of work, and no price increase will be applied unless the substitute material exceeds the original cost by more than ten percent (10%).
