Invoice Notes & Tailor Service Details
This invoice is issued by Atelier Sastre El Poblado, a registered tailor and bespoke garment studio operating in Colombia Medellín. All tailoring services listed above were commissioned by the client and will be executed at our primary workshop located in the El Poblado district of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.
All bespoke garments are constructed using traditional tailoring techniques combined with modern precision. Each piece undergoes a minimum of three fitting sessions to ensure a perfect fit. The client is required to attend fittings at our Colombia Medellín atelier or may request a mobile fitting service at an additional charge of COP 80,000 per visit.
Fabric selections were made during the initial consultation on June 5, 2025. The client has approved all fabric swatches, button selections, and lining choices in writing. Any changes to the approved specifications after the cutting phase will incur an additional 15% surcharge on the affected line item.
Delivery of all items will be coordinated through our in-house courier service within the Colombia Medellín metropolitan area. For deliveries outside Medellín, a separate logistics invoice will be generated.
Terms and Conditions – Tailor Invoice (Colombia Medellín)
- This invoice is valid for payment within fourteen (14) calendar days from the issue date. Late payments will accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Colombian commercial law (Ley 1475 de 2011).
- All tailoring services described in this invoice are non-refundable once the cutting phase has commenced. Cancellations prior to cutting are subject to a 20% administrative fee.
- The client acknowledges that bespoke garments produced by this tailor studio in Colombia Medellín are unique, made-to-measure items and cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases of documented manufacturing defect.
- Warranty: This tailor provides a twelve-month warranty on all structural stitching, button attachment, and lining integrity. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, alteration by third-party tailors, or normal wear.
- Payment must be made in Colombian Pesos (COP) via bank transfer to the account specified above. International wire transfers are accepted but the client bears all intermediary banking fees.
- This invoice constitutes a legal document under Colombian tax regulations (DIAN). The client is entitled to request a duplicate copy by contacting our Colombia Medellín office in writing.
- All intellectual property related to custom designs, patterns, and measurements created for this client by our tailor team remains the property of Atelier Sastre El Poblado and may not be reproduced or shared without written consent.
- Disputes arising from this invoice or the associated tailoring services shall be resolved through the commercial courts of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia, in accordance with applicable Colombian law.
