Terms & Conditions1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for tailoring services rendered by Atelier El Fassi Tailor, located in Morocco Casablanca. By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges receipt of the work order and agrees to the terms stated herein.
2. All garments are bespoke, custom-tailored items. Due to the nature of the work performed by our Tailor team, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are permitted on made-to-measure pieces. However, minor alterations (up to 50 MAD in value) will be performed free of charge within thirty (30) days of delivery if the garment does not fit as agreed during the final fitting session.
3. The delivery date of 28 June 2025 is an estimate based on standard tailoring timelines in our Casablanca workshop. Delays caused by client-requested changes after the second fitting, fabric supply issues, or force majeure events may extend the delivery date. The Tailor will notify the client in writing of any such delay.
4. A 50% deposit was collected at the time of order placement (02 June 2025) in the amount of 6,097.00 MAD. The remaining balance of 7,697.00 MAD is due upon final delivery and acceptance of the garments at our Morocco Casablanca atelier.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be reissued with updated pricing if material costs have changed.
6. All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Casablanca.
7. Atelier El Fassi Tailor reserves the right to use any photographs of completed garments (with client consent) for portfolio and marketing purposes within Morocco Casablanca and internationally.
