This Invoice is issued by Kathmandu Tailor & Garment Services, a registered tailoring establishment operating in Nepal Kathmandu. The following terms govern this Invoice and the associated tailoring services:
- Payment Due: The full amount of this Invoice must be settled within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Nepal Kathmandu commercial regulations.
- Payment Methods: Acceptable payment methods include cash, bank transfer (Nabil Bank, NMB Bank, or NIC Asia), mobile banking (eSewa, Khalti), and credit/debit cards. All transactions are processed in Nepali Rupees (NPR).
- Fitting Sessions: The client is entitled to two complimentary fitting sessions at our Kathmandu Tailor workshop located in Thamel. Additional fittings beyond the included sessions will be charged at NPR 500 per session.
- Delivery Timeline: Custom tailoring orders will be completed within 7 to 14 working days from the date of fabric confirmation. Traditional garments such as Daura Suruwal may require up to 21 days due to intricate hand-stitching processes.
- Quality Guarantee: Kathmandu Tailor guarantees all stitching, seams, and finishing work for a period of 90 days. Any defects arising from tailoring errors will be repaired at no additional cost to the client.
- Cancellations: If the client cancels an order after the tailoring process has commenced, a minimum charge of 50% of the total Invoice amount will apply to cover material and labor costs already incurred.
- Tax Compliance: This Invoice is issued in compliance with the Nepal Inland Revenue Department regulations. The VAT number and registration details are printed on this document for official record-keeping in Nepal Kathmandu.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the tailoring services rendered shall be resolved through the Kathmandu District Court in accordance with Nepali commercial law.
