Invoice Notes & Tailor's Remarks
This Invoice has been prepared by Lagos Premium Tailor & Bespoke Atelier, a registered tailoring establishment operating in Nigeria Lagos, specifically within the Victoria Island commercial district. All garments referenced in this Invoice were crafted to the exact measurements and specifications provided by the client during the initial consultation on 2 June 2025.
The bespoke three-piece suit and agbada are expected to be ready for final collection by 26 June 2025. The client is advised to schedule the final fitting appointment at our Lagos workshop no later than 24 June 2025 to allow adequate time for any last-minute adjustments by our master tailor.
All fabrics sourced for this project were procured from verified suppliers in Lagos and have been inspected for quality prior to cutting. The client acknowledges that natural fibres such as Aso Oke and Italian wool may exhibit minor variations in texture and colour, which are inherent to the material and do not constitute a defect in the tailoring work.
Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- Payment of the full Invoice amount of NGN 768,005.00 is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, as stated in the header of this document. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer to Lagos Premium Tailor's account (Access Bank, Account No: 0123456789, Branch: Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria), POS, or certified bank draft. Cash payments exceeding NGN 500,000 are not accepted in accordance with the Central Bank of Nigeria's cash transaction guidelines.
- All tailoring work completed under this Invoice is covered by a ninety (90) day workmanship warranty from the date of final delivery. This warranty covers stitching failures, seam splitting, and button detachment but does not cover damage caused by improper care, washing, or storage by the client.
- Any alterations requested after the final fitting and delivery of garments will be subject to a separate Invoice and additional charges as per our standard alteration rate card, which is available at our Lagos premises.
- This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document between Lagos Premium Tailor & Bespoke Atelier and the named client. In the event of any dispute, the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, specifically as applicable in Lagos State, shall govern the resolution process.
- The client agrees that all patterns, measurements, and design sketches created by our tailor for this project remain the intellectual property of Lagos Premium Tailor and shall not be reproduced or shared with third parties without written consent.
- Tax invoices and receipts for VAT purposes will be issued upon full and final settlement of this Invoice. The client's Tax Identification Number (TIN) on file is 22-4471-8890.
