Notes from the Tailor
Dear Mr. Khan, thank you for entrusting Al-Karam Tailor & Boutique with your bespoke garments. This Invoice reflects the complete scope of tailoring work agreed upon during your consultation at our Pakistan Karachi workshop on 10 June 2025. All measurements were taken by our senior tailor, Master Iqbal, and a fitting appointment is scheduled for 16 June 2025 at 11:00 AM at our Saddar, Pakistan Karachi location. Please bring the client-supplied trousers for the alteration fitting. The express surcharge applies because you requested delivery within 48 hours for the Shalwar Kameez and Western Suit. All garments are guaranteed for 30 days against stitching defects. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. For any queries regarding this Invoice or your tailoring order, please contact our Pakistan Karachi office directly.
Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
1. Payment is due within 14 days of the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a 2% monthly interest charge as per Pakistan Karachi commercial regulations.
2. All tailoring work is non-refundable once fabric cutting has commenced. Alterations beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately with a revised Invoice.
3. The 18% sales tax is applicable as mandated by the Sindh Board of Revenue for tailoring and garment services in Pakistan Karachi.
4. Garments must be collected within 7 days of the completion notice. Storage beyond this period will attract a fee of PKR 200 per day.
5. This Invoice serves as the official record of the tailoring engagement between Al-Karam Tailor & Boutique, Pakistan Karachi, and the client. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Pakistan Karachi courts.
6. Fabric supplied by the client is at the client's risk. The tailor is not liable for damage to client-supplied materials prior to the cutting stage.
