Invoice Notes & Tailor Remarks
This Invoice is issued by Al Noor Tailor & Bespoke Atelier, a registered tailoring establishment operating in Doha, Qatar. All garments listed above have been handcrafted by our master tailor team using premium fabrics sourced from verified international suppliers. The bespoke suit and sherwani commissions include a minimum of three fitting sessions at our Doha atelier to ensure a perfect, personalized fit.
The client is advised that all tailoring work is subject to a 14-day completion window from the date of the final fitting appointment. Any additional alterations requested after garment delivery will be assessed separately and a supplementary Invoice will be generated by our tailor's office. Fabric samples and pattern records are retained at our Doha workshop for a period of twelve (12) months to facilitate future re-tailoring or duplicate commissions.
Payment for this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. The total amount of 10,453.50 QAR (Ten Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Three Riyals and Fifty Paise) may be settled via bank transfer to our Qatar National Bank account, by credit/debit card at the Doha atelier, or through approved digital payment platforms registered in Qatar.
Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for tailoring services rendered by Al Noor Tailor & Bespoke Atelier in Doha, Qatar. The client's acceptance of the completed garments constitutes full agreement with the charges stated herein.
- All bespoke tailoring work is non-refundable once the cutting of fabric has commenced. Cancellations prior to the cutting stage are subject to a 10% administrative fee as per Qatar commercial regulations.
- The tailor reserves the right to substitute equivalent-grade fabric in the event of supply disruption, provided the client is notified in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled fitting date.
- Warranty: All hand-stitched seams, buttonholes, and structural elements of bespoke garments carry a 90-day workmanship warranty from the date of delivery in Doha, Qatar. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, dry-cleaning errors, or unauthorized alterations by third-party tailors.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, Qatar.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, the tailor's office reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with applicable late-payment charges of 2% per month.
- Client personal data and measurement records are handled in accordance with Qatar's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016) and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
