Dear Mrs. van der Merwe, thank you for entrusting Thabo's Premium Tailor with your corporate wardrobe requirements. This Invoice reflects all bespoke tailoring services rendered at our Johannesburg atelier during the period of 1 June 2025 to 13 June 2025. All garments have been completed to the highest standard by our master tailor, Sipho Dlamini, who has over 22 years of experience in South African bespoke tailoring. The evening gown (Item 5) will be delivered separately on 20 June 2025 to your Sandton office. Please confirm receipt of this Invoice and arrange payment within the 14-day period to avoid late-payment interest as stipulated in our terms. We remain at your disposal for any further tailoring enquiries or adjustments. Your satisfaction with our Johannesburg tailor services is our highest priority.
Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the account details below. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 10% per annum as per the National Credit Act of South Africa.
- All tailoring work is subject to a minimum 10% deposit prior to commencement. The balance is due upon completion and delivery of garments at our Johannesburg workshop or the client's designated address within the Johannesburg metropolitan area.
- Alterations beyond the scope specified in this Invoice will be quoted separately and require written approval before the tailor proceeds with additional work.
- All bespoke garments are made to the client's exact measurements. The tailor's liability is limited to the value of the specific item in question. We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by improper home care after delivery.
- This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under South African law. In the event of a dispute, the jurisdiction of the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court shall apply.
