This invoice is issued by Bangkok Tailor & Bespoke Atelier, a licensed custom tailor establishment registered in Thailand Bangkok. All garments listed above have been handcrafted by our experienced team of tailors using traditional techniques combined with modern precision cutting methods.
The client's measurements were taken during the initial consultation on 02 June 2025 at our atelier located on Sukhumvit Road. A second fitting was scheduled for 18 June 2025 to ensure the perfect fit before final pressing and packaging. Our tailor in Bangkok guarantees that all stitching, buttonholes, and finishing details meet the highest standards of bespoke tailoring.
Please note that the fabric selections were made in-store from our curated collection of Italian, English, and Japanese textiles. All garments are constructed with full canvas or half-canvas interlining as specified by the client. The tailor has applied hand-finished lapels, pick-stitching on all visible seams, and corozo buttons sourced from our supplier in Bangkok.
Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the invoice date. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (Siam Commercial Bank, Account: 0-045-8899-2-1), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and international wire transfer. A 2% late payment surcharge will apply to any balance outstanding after the due date.
Terms & Conditions — Bangkok Tailor & Bespoke Atelier
- This invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for tailoring services rendered by our tailor in Thailand Bangkok. All charges are in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated.
- Custom-tailored garments are made to the client's specific measurements and are non-returnable and non-refundable once the cutting process has commenced, in accordance with Thai Consumer Protection Act provisions for bespoke goods.
- Any alterations requested after the final fitting will be subject to an additional fee as quoted by our tailor at the time of the request.
- Warranty: Our tailor in Bangkok provides a 90-day warranty on all stitching and construction defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, washing, or storage.
- Intellectual property of custom patterns and designs created by our tailor remains the property of Bangkok Tailor & Bespoke Atelier. Client measurements are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of garment production.
- This invoice is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. After this period, the order and associated pricing may be subject to revision based on fabric availability and exchange rates.
- For any disputes regarding this invoice or the tailoring services provided, the parties agree to resolve matters through mediation in Bangkok, Thailand, under the jurisdiction of Thai law.
