Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of June 15, 2025. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account specified above. The total amount due is Three Million Two Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Yuan (CNY 3,293,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes levied under the tax jurisdiction of China Beijing.
For wire transfers from within China Beijing, please reference Invoice No. BTP-2025-004872 in the transfer memo. International transfers must include the SWIFT code BKCHCNBJ and the full account number. A late payment penalty of 0.05% per calendar day will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of July 15, 2025, in accordance with the commercial regulations of the People's Republic of China.
All Teacher Primary services described in this Invoice are governed by the contract agreement dated March 1, 2025, between Beijing Teacher Primary Education Services Co., Ltd. and the Beijing Municipal Primary Education Bureau, executed in China Beijing.
Important Notes & Terms
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Invoice Management Measures of the State Taxation Administration of the People's Republic of China. A formal VAT special Invoice (fapiao) will be issued separately upon receipt of full payment.
- All Teacher Primary services rendered under this Invoice are subject to the quality assurance standards set forth by the China Beijing Municipal Education Commission. Any service delivery disputes must be raised in writing within fourteen (14) days of the completion of the relevant service line item.
- The Teacher Primary Digital Learning Platform license (Item 3) is non-transferable and restricted to use within the administrative boundaries of China Beijing. Unauthorized redistribution or access from outside the designated region will result in immediate termination of the license and a penalty fee of CNY 50,000 per violation.
- Beijing Teacher Primary Education Services Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend the scope of Teacher Primary services with mutual written consent. Any such amendments will be documented in a supplementary Invoice or credit note as appropriate.
- This Invoice does not constitute a warranty of educational outcomes. The Teacher Primary program is designed to support and enhance primary education quality in China Beijing, but individual student performance is subject to numerous external factors beyond the scope of this engagement.
- All personal data collected during the Teacher Primary training and mentoring sessions will be handled in strict compliance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the data protection regulations of China Beijing.
