Invoice Notes & Remarks
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the employment agreement between Lagos Excellence Secondary School and the Teacher Secondary staff member. All amounts are denominated in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to the prevailing tax regulations of Nigeria Lagos as administered by the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) and the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS).
The Teacher Secondary professional services described in this Invoice include classroom instruction, curriculum development, examination setting, student mentoring, and participation in school administrative duties as outlined in the Nigeria Lagos State Secondary Education Framework. The Teacher Secondary role encompasses both academic and pastoral responsibilities within the secondary education system of Nigeria Lagos.
Please ensure that payment is remitted to the bank account specified above no later than the due date indicated on this Invoice. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge as per the Nigeria Lagos commercial tenancy and employment payment regulations. This Invoice must be retained for a minimum of six (6) years for tax audit purposes in compliance with Nigerian financial reporting standards.
Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
1. This Invoice is valid for payment within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. The Teacher Secondary recipient is expected to verify all line items and report any discrepancies to the accounts department within five (5) working days.
2. All payments must be made via bank transfer to the designated account. Cash payments are not accepted for this Invoice as per the Nigeria Lagos financial compliance guidelines for educational institutions.
3. The Teacher Secondary compensation structure is reviewed biannually in line with the Nigeria Lagos State Civil Service Salary Review Committee recommendations and the National Teachers' Forum (NTF) collective bargaining agreements.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Lagos State Education Tribunal or, alternatively, through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria.
5. This Invoice does not constitute a guarantee of continued employment. The Teacher Secondary engagement remains subject to the terms of the original employment contract and the Nigeria Lagos State Education Law.
