Service Description
This Invoice covers the professional Translator Interpreter services rendered by PT LinguaBridge Professional Services for the client's international business conference and bilateral trade negotiations held in Indonesia Jakarta. The Translator Interpreter engagement included simultaneous interpretation, consecutive interpretation, document translation, and on-site linguistic support across multiple sessions spanning the full duration of the event. All services were delivered in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) dated 01 June 2025 and the scope of work defined in Contract Reference No. CTR-2025-0312.

Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Translator Interpreter services agreement between PT LinguaBridge Professional Services and PT Nusantara Global Trade Corp. for events conducted in Indonesia Jakarta.
2. All Translator Interpreter personnel assigned to this engagement are certified professionals with minimum 5 years of experience in their respective language pairs and hold valid credentials from the Indonesian Association of Translators and Interpreters (PMTI).
3. The rates quoted in this Invoice are inclusive of all Translator Interpreter professional fees but exclusive of travel, accommodation, and per diem expenses, which have been itemized separately under Contract Addendum No. 3.
4. Should the client require additional Translator Interpreter sessions beyond the scope defined in this Invoice, a supplementary Invoice will be issued with a minimum 48-hour advance notice.
5. All documents translated under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the client. The Translator Interpreter team retains no copies of source or target documents beyond 30 days post-delivery.
Terms and Conditions
This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from the services described herein shall be resolved through arbitration in Indonesia Jakarta under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). The Translator Interpreter services rendered are subject to the confidentiality clauses outlined in the master service agreement. Cancellation or modification of scheduled Translator Interpreter sessions must be communicated in writing no fewer than 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time; otherwise, a 50% fee of the affected session will be charged. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, the rates and terms herein shall be subject to revision. The client acknowledges receipt of this Invoice and agrees to the terms stated above by proceeding with payment.
