Payment Terms and Instructions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: MediLingua Professional Services S.r.l., IBAN: IT60 X054 2811 1010 0000 0123 456, BIC/SWIFT: BLOPIT22. Please reference Invoice No. ML-2025-00487 in the transfer memo to ensure proper reconciliation of this Translator Interpreter engagement in Italy Rome.
In the event of late payment, interest shall accrue at the rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2002 on late payment in commercial transactions. The client is further reminded that this Invoice constitutes the final and complete settlement for all Translator Interpreter services rendered during the period specified herein, and no additional charges related to the Italy Rome engagement will be issued.
Terms and Conditions
1. The Translator Interpreter services described in this Invoice were delivered in strict adherence to the professional code of ethics established by the Associazione Interpreti di Conferenza (AIIC) and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO 13881:2018) governing the provision of language services in Italy Rome and across the European Union.
2. All confidentiality obligations pertaining to the content interpreted during the Italy Rome conference remain in full force and effect for a period of five (5) years following the date of this Invoice, as stipulated in the Non-Disclosure Agreement executed on 1 February 2025.
3. The Translator Interpreter warrants that all services were performed personally and without delegation, and that the qualifications, certifications, and professional standing represented in the original proposal remain accurate and current as of the date of this Invoice.
4. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy Rome, in accordance with Italian civil procedure law. The parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
5. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Italian electronic invoicing regulations (Sistema di Interscambio – SdI) and is valid for all fiscal and accounting purposes within the Republic of Italy.
