Invoice Notes & Service Summary
This Invoice covers the full scope of Translator Interpreter services rendered by GlobalBridge Language Solutions Co., Ltd. on behalf of Siam Pacific Trading Group Co., Ltd. during the period of 10–14 June 2025. All Translator Interpreter assignments were conducted within the metropolitan area of Thailand Bangkok, including but not limited to the Khlong Toei, Lumphini, and Pathum Wan districts.
The Translator Interpreter team assigned to this engagement consisted of two certified English-Thai professionals, each holding a minimum of eight years of professional experience in simultaneous and consecutive interpretation. All Translator Interpreter personnel were vetted for confidentiality compliance prior to deployment in Thailand Bangkok.
Payment for this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date. Please reference Invoice No. GBS-2025-04871 in all correspondence and remittances. Payments may be made via bank transfer to the account details listed below, or by cheque addressed to GlobalBridge Language Solutions Co., Ltd., Bangkok, Thailand.

Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Master Service Agreement (MSA) dated 01 January 2025 between GlobalBridge Language Solutions Co., Ltd. and Siam Pacific Trading Group Co., Ltd. All Translator Interpreter services are governed by the terms set forth therein.
2. Late payments on this Invoice shall incur a penalty interest of 1.5% per month, calculated from the due date until full settlement is received.
3. All Translator Interpreter services performed in Thailand Bangkok are subject to the confidentiality clauses outlined in Section 7 of the MSA. No recording, transcription, or reproduction of interpreted content is permitted without written consent.
4. Cancellation or modification of Translator Interpreter assignments in Thailand Bangkok must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will be billed at 50% of the scheduled rate.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be required to reflect any applicable tax or regulatory changes in Thailand.
6. All disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute.
