Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the academic service agreement signed between the undersigned University Lecturer and the Kabul International Research & Development Institute. All services described herein were performed within the academic calendar year 2024–2025 at the Afghanistan Kabul campus and affiliated institutions.
The University Lecturer confirms that all lecture sessions, supervisory duties, and academic contributions listed in this Invoice were completed to the satisfaction of the Department Head and the Academic Affairs Committee in Afghanistan Kabul. Supporting documentation, including attendance registers, thesis evaluation forms, and workshop feedback sheets, are available upon request.
Payment for this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under the Afghanistan Kabul commercial regulations governing professional academic services. The University Lecturer reserves the right to suspend ongoing academic engagements if payment is not received by the stated due date.
All amounts are denominated in Afghan Afghani (AFN) as per the prevailing exchange rate set by the Central Bank of Afghanistan in Kabul. Should the client prefer settlement in US Dollars, the equivalent amount shall be calculated at the official rate on the date of payment.
Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
1. This Invoice constitutes a final and binding financial record of all University Lecturer services rendered during the specified service period in Afghanistan Kabul. No additional charges shall apply beyond those itemized above unless a written amendment to the service agreement is executed by both parties.
2. The University Lecturer warrants that all academic content delivered, materials produced, and evaluations conducted comply with the quality standards established by the Ministry of Higher Education of Afghanistan and the accreditation requirements applicable to institutions in Afghanistan Kabul.
3. Intellectual property rights for all course materials, laboratory manuals, and examination papers developed under this engagement shall be jointly held by the University Lecturer and the client institution, as per the terms of the original contract. Reproduction or distribution of such materials beyond the Afghanistan Kabul academic community requires prior written consent.
4. This Invoice is subject to the tax laws of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. The University Lecturer is registered with the Afghanistan Kabul Revenue Authority and is responsible for declaring all income derived from these academic services. The client is required to withhold the applicable 5% tax as reflected in this Invoice and remit it to the relevant authority.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in Kabul, Afghanistan, in accordance with Afghan commercial law. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
6. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the University Lecturer reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax calculations and exchange rate adjustments as applicable in Afghanistan Kabul.
