Payment Instructions & Notes
This Invoice must be settled in full within thirty (30) calendar days of the issue date via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate of 8% above the European Central Bank base rate, in accordance with German commercial law (BGB § 288).

Please note that all services described in this Invoice were rendered by the undersigned in her capacity as a qualified University Lecturer operating within the academic and professional framework of Germany Frankfurt. The client acknowledges receipt of all deliverables, including lecture materials, assessment reports, curriculum documents, and conference presentations, as confirmed in the attached service completion certificates.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a final and binding statement of all professional services provided by the University Lecturer to the client institution during the billing period. No additional charges shall apply beyond those itemized herein unless a written amendment to the original service agreement is executed by both parties.
2. All intellectual property rights in lecture materials, curriculum designs, and research outputs created specifically for the client in Germany Frankfurt shall transfer to the client upon full payment of this Invoice, subject to the University Lecturer's right to reference the work in academic publications with proper attribution.
3. The University Lecturer warrants that all services were performed with the professional diligence, academic integrity, and subject-matter expertise expected of a senior faculty member at a recognized German university. Any claims regarding the quality of services must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of the Invoice due date.
4. This Invoice and the underlying service agreement are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
5. The University Lecturer reserves the right to suspend further services under any ongoing agreement if payment of this Invoice is not received by the stated due date. A written reminder will be issued five (5) business days prior to the due date.
6. All personal data processed in connection with this Invoice shall be handled in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). The University Lecturer acts as a data processor on behalf of the client institution for the duration of the engagement in Germany Frankfurt.
