Due Date: This Invoice must be settled in full by 15 July 2025. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Singapore Singapore commercial regulations.
1. This Invoice represents the final billing for all UX UI Designer services rendered by Meridian Design Studio Pte. Ltd. to Horizon Digital Ventures Pte. Ltd. for the Enterprise Dashboard Redesign project, executed in Singapore Singapore during the period of 3 March 2025 to 30 May 2025.
2. All services described in this Invoice were delivered by a certified UX UI Designer with over eight years of professional experience in product design, interaction design, and user experience strategy. The UX UI Designer engaged for this project holds a B.Des in Interaction Design from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Singapore.
3. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date. Failure to remit payment by the stated due date will result in the application of late payment interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the Late Payment of Outstanding Debts Act applicable in Singapore Singapore.
4. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to design files, wireframes, prototypes, design system components, and source assets created by the UX UI Designer during the course of this engagement, shall transfer to the client upon full and final settlement of this Invoice.
5. This Invoice is subject to the Master Services Agreement dated 1 February 2025 between both parties. In the event of any discrepancy between this Invoice and the MSA, the terms of the MSA shall prevail.
6. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Singapore Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore Mediation Centre. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
7. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be reissued with updated terms and applicable price adjustments.
This Invoice has been prepared in accordance with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) guidelines for GST-registered businesses operating in Singapore Singapore. The 9% GST rate applied is the current standard rate effective from 1 January 2024. Meridian Design Studio Pte. Ltd. is a GST-registered entity with registration number GST-2019-0045678K.
The UX UI Designer services outlined in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the professional standards set by the Design Society Singapore and the International Association of UX Professionals. All deliverables have been reviewed and approved by the client's designated project manager prior to final billing.
