Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued by Siam Digital Web Studio, a registered Web Designer firm operating in Thailand Bangkok, in accordance with the Thai Revenue Department regulations and the Thai Civil and Commercial Code. All services rendered under this Invoice have been completed and delivered to the satisfaction of the client as documented in the project acceptance report dated 10 June 2025.
The Web Designer services outlined in this Invoice include all revisions agreed upon in the original Statement of Work (SOW) dated 15 April 2025. Any additional scope beyond the agreed deliverables will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval from both parties.
All intellectual property rights for the final website design, code, and digital assets transfer to Chaiyaphum Trading Co., Ltd. upon full and final payment of this Invoice. The Web Designer retains the right to display the completed project in their professional portfolio and case studies, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Thai commercial law. The Web Designer reserves the right to suspend ongoing support services if payment remains outstanding beyond the due date.
