Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This invoice is issued by PixelCraft Digital Studio, a registered web design agency operating in Istanbul, Turkey, in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code (Türk Ticaret Kanunu) and the relevant provisions of the Turkish Tax Procedure Law (Vergi Usul Kanunu). All services rendered under this invoice were performed by a certified web designer team based in the Şişli district of Istanbul, Turkey.
Please remit payment of the grand total amount of 117,875.00 TRY (One Hundred Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Five Turkish Lira) via bank transfer to the IBAN listed above within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date of this invoice. Payments made in foreign currency will be converted at the central bank (TCMB) exchange rate on the date of receipt.
A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of 30 June 2025, as stipulated under Turkish commercial law. This invoice must be retained by the client for a minimum period of ten (10) years in compliance with Turkish tax record-keeping regulations.
Terms and Conditions
- All web design services described in this invoice were executed in full compliance with the project scope document signed on 02 May 2025 between the web designer team and the client in Istanbul, Turkey.
- Intellectual property rights to all final web design deliverables, including source code, design files, and documentation, shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment of this invoice.
- The web designer retains the right to display completed work in their professional portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is separately executed.
- This invoice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this invoice or the services rendered shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
- Any amendments to the scope of web design work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before additional billing can be issued.
- This invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the issue date. After this period, a revised invoice reflecting current tax rates and exchange rates will be required.
