Invoice Notes & Welder Service Details
This Invoice is issued by Accra Precision Welding & Fabrication Ltd. for professional welder services rendered at the client's construction and industrial sites within the Ghana Accra metropolitan area and the Tema Free Zone. All welding work was performed by certified welders holding valid AWS and GSA certifications. The lead welder, Mr. Yaw Osei-Bonsu, supervised all structural and precision welding operations throughout the project duration from 2 June 2025 to 13 June 2025.
All welder joints have been inspected and approved in accordance with the Ghana Standards Authority (GSA) structural welding code. A complete welder inspection report, including NDT results and photographic documentation, is attached to this Invoice as Appendix A. The client is advised to retain this Invoice and the accompanying documentation for their project records and any future structural compliance audits conducted by the Ghana Building and Housing Authority.
Please note that any additional welder work, emergency repairs, or scope changes requested after the completion date must be documented through a separate change order and will be invoiced independently. This Invoice covers only the services and materials explicitly listed in the line items above.
Terms and Conditions of Payment
- Payment of the full Invoice amount of 53,713.00 GHS is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 28 June 2025.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer to: GCB Bank, Accra Branch, Account Name: Accra Precision Welding & Fabrication Ltd., Account No: 0123-4567-8901, or by certified cheque payable to the company name.
- Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month, calculated from the due date, in accordance with Ghanaian commercial law and the terms of the master service agreement (Contract No. KCE-2025-0112).
- This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the welder service team reserves the right to re-quote material costs due to market fluctuations in welding consumables in Ghana Accra.
- All welder services are covered by a twelve-month workmanship warranty from the date of final sign-off. Any defects in welding quality discovered within this period will be repaired at no additional cost to the client.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2010 (Act 798) of the Republic of Ghana.
