Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is issued for welding services rendered by our certified Welder team at the client's premises in New Delhi, India. All work has been completed and inspected as per the scope defined in Work Order WO/ND/2025/0089.
- The Welder and all personnel engaged in this project are covered under the Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) and the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923, applicable in India.
- All welding operations have been carried out in compliance with the Indian Standard IS 10960 (Welding of Steel Structures) and IS 1161 (Welding of Stainless Steel). The Welder assigned holds a valid ITI Welding certificate and AWS D1.1 qualification.
- A 6-month warranty is provided on all welded joints against defects in workmanship. This warranty is valid only for work performed at the New Delhi, India site and does not cover damage caused by external forces, corrosion, or unauthorized modifications.
- Any additional work beyond the scope mentioned in this Invoice will be billed separately at the prevailing rates. A revised Invoice will be issued for any supplementary welding tasks requested by the client.
- Payment is due within 15 days of the Invoice date. A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month (or part thereof) will be applicable on the outstanding balance as per the terms agreed upon for services in New Delhi, India.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After the expiry period, the rates and GST calculations may be subject to revision based on prevailing government notifications in India.
- All disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated welding services in New Delhi, India shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
- The client acknowledges that the Welder has provided all necessary safety equipment (PPE) and has followed all occupational health and safety guidelines as mandated by the Directorate General of Factory Advice Service and Labour Engineering (DGFASLE), India.
