Invoice Notes & Welder Service Conditions
This Invoice covers all welding services performed by our certified Welder team at the designated project sites within Tehran, Iran during the contract period of June 2025. All welding operations have been executed in strict compliance with Iranian National Standards (ISIRI) and international welding codes (AWS, ISO 3834) as applicable to the Tehran metropolitan construction zone.
The Welder assigned to this project, Eng. Karim Mohammadi, holds valid certification for MIG, TIG, and SMAW processes and has completed all required safety training mandated by the Tehran Municipal Labor Authority. All welder equipment used on-site has been inspected and calibrated prior to deployment in Tehran.
Payment is due within 30 days of the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly penalty as per Iranian commercial law. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Terms & Conditions – Welder Services in Tehran, Iran
1. All welding work described in this Invoice shall be performed exclusively within the administrative boundaries of Tehran, Iran, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
2. The Welder and all supporting personnel shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations enforced by the Tehran Provincial Labor Department and the Iranian Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, and Housing.
3. Any additional welding services, material changes, or scope modifications requested by the client after the initial work order must be documented via a formal change order and will be invoiced separately.
4. Warranty on all completed welds is 24 months from the date of final acceptance, provided the welded structures remain within their designed operational parameters in the Tehran climate and environmental conditions.
5. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under the Iranian Civil Code. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Tehran, Iran, in accordance with the rules of the Tehran International Arbitration Center.
6. The client acknowledges receipt of this Invoice and agrees to the terms stated herein by signing below or by making payment within the stipulated period.
