Invoice Notes & Welder Service Details
This Invoice covers all welding services performed by our certified Welder team across multiple sites in Iraq Baghdad during the period of 1 June 2025 to 14 June 2025. All work was executed in strict compliance with Iraqi Ministry of Industry and Mineral Standards and international welding codes (AWS, ISO, ASME).
The Welder assigned to this project, Eng. Sami Al-Jabiri, holds valid certifications for SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, and FCAW processes. All welds in Iraq Baghdad were inspected and passed visual and radiographic testing prior to sign-off. The Welder maintained full documentation of weld maps, heat input records, and operator qualifications for the client's project file.
Payment for this Invoice is due within 15 calendar days of the issue date. Please reference Invoice number ARW-2025-00347 on all remittances. Bank transfer details are provided below. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge as per Iraqi commercial law.
Terms & Conditions – Welder Services in Iraq Baghdad
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Welder reserves the right to revise rates due to material cost fluctuations in Iraq Baghdad.
- All welding work performed in Iraq Baghdad is guaranteed for a period of 12 months against defects in workmanship, provided the structure is maintained per manufacturer specifications.
- The Welder shall not be held liable for structural failures caused by design errors, material defects, or environmental factors beyond the scope of welding operations.
- Hot-work permits and fire safety protocols in Iraq Baghdad industrial zones must be coordinated by the client. The Welder will comply with all local safety regulations enforced by Baghdad Municipal Authority.
- Any additional welding work requested after the scope defined in this Invoice will be billed separately at the standard Welder hourly rate of 25,000 IQD per hour.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Welder services in Iraq Baghdad shall be resolved through the Baghdad Commercial Court in accordance with Iraqi law.
- All intellectual property, weld procedure specifications (WPS), and quality records generated during this engagement remain the property of Al-Rafidain Welding & Fabrication Co.
