2. The Welder guarantees all workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of final acceptance. Any defects in welding quality discovered within this warranty period will be repaired at no additional cost to the client.
3. All materials and consumables listed in this Invoice were sourced from approved Israeli suppliers and meet the specifications required for public infrastructure projects in Israel Jerusalem.
4. The Welder and all personnel working under this Invoice contract were fully insured under Israeli national insurance (Bituach Leumi) and professional liability coverage throughout the duration of the project.
5. This Invoice is valid for payment in New Israeli Shekels (ILS/NIS) via bank transfer to the account specified below. Cheques must be made payable to "Jerusalem Precision Welding Co."
6. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Jerusalem District Court, Israel, in accordance with Israeli civil law.
