Invoice Notes – Welder Services in Japan Tokyo
This Invoice covers all welding services performed by the certified Welder, Kenji Yamamoto, at multiple construction and industrial sites within the metropolitan area of Japan Tokyo during the period of May 20, 2025, through June 10, 2025. All welds were executed in strict compliance with JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) and AWS (American Welding Society) specifications as required by the client's project documentation.
The Welder confirms that all structural welds completed in Japan Tokyo have passed visual inspection (VT) and, where applicable, ultrasonic testing (UT) as mandated by the project quality assurance plan. Certificates of weld inspection are attached to this Invoice as supplementary documentation (Appendix A through Appendix D).
Payment for this Invoice is due within 30 days of the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the service agreement between the parties. The Welder reserves the right to suspend ongoing services in Japan Tokyo should payment remain outstanding beyond the due date.

Terms and Conditions – Invoice for Welder Services, Japan Tokyo
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Master Service Agreement dated March 15, 2025, between Tokyo Precision Welding Co., Ltd. (the "Welder Provider") and Kansai Structural Engineering Group (the "Client") for the provision of professional Welder services throughout the Japan Tokyo metropolitan area.
2. All welding work described in this Invoice was performed by a licensed and certified Welder holding valid credentials recognized by the Japan Welding Society (JWS) and the American Welding Society (AWS). The Welder's license and certification documents are available for verification upon request.
3. The Client acknowledges that all services rendered in Japan Tokyo were completed to the specifications outlined in the project scope document (Ref: KSE-TPW-2025-031). Any deviations from the agreed scope must be documented in writing prior to execution and will be billed separately via a supplementary Invoice.
4. The Welder warrants that all welds performed in Japan Tokyo are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by external forces, improper use, or unauthorized modifications to the welded structures.
5. This Invoice is valid for payment processing within 60 days of the Invoice date. After this period, the Invoice may be reissued with an updated reference number. The Client is requested to retain this Invoice for their accounting and tax records in compliance with Japanese tax law.
6. All disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Welder services in Japan Tokyo shall be resolved through arbitration in Tokyo, Japan, in accordance with the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA).
7. The Welder and the Welder's employer, Tokyo Precision Welding Co., Ltd., shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the services described in this Invoice, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
