This Invoice is issued by Forja del Valle Welding Services, a registered welding and fabrication company operating in Mexico Mexico City, in accordance with the commercial contract signed on May 18, 2025. All Welder services described herein were performed at the client's designated industrial site within the Mexico Mexico City metropolitan area.

• Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of this Invoice. Payment is due no later than July 15, 2025. A 3% early payment discount applies if settled within 15 days of Invoice issuance.
• Payment Method: Bank transfer (SPEI) to BBVA México, Account No. 0123-4567-8901, CLABE: 012180001234567890. Please reference Invoice number FVW-2025-04871 in the transfer memo.
• Welder Certification: All Welder personnel assigned to this project hold valid AWS D1.1 and ASME Section IX certifications. Certificates are available upon request and are on file with the Mexico Mexico City industrial safety authority.
• Warranty: Forja del Valle guarantees all welding work for a period of 12 months from the date of final acceptance. Any defects in weld integrity discovered within this period in the Mexico Mexico City facility will be repaired at no additional cost.
• Regulatory Compliance: All Welder operations comply with NOM-007-STPS, NOM-018-STPS, and applicable Mexico Mexico City municipal building codes. This Invoice covers all mandatory safety inspections performed by the certified Welder team.
• Disputes: Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Mexico Mexico City, in accordance with the Mexican Commercial Code (Código de Comercio).
• Tax Information: This Invoice is issued in compliance with SAT (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) regulations. The client is responsible for any applicable withholding taxes under Mexican fiscal law.

Notes & Additional Information

This Invoice reflects the complete scope of Welder services rendered during the service period of May 20 through June 14, 2025, at the Parque Industrial Vallejo site in Mexico Mexico City. The assigned Welder, Lic. Carlos Mendoza, supervised a team of four (4) certified welders throughout the project duration. All welding procedures were executed in strict adherence to the approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and the project engineering drawings provided by Constructora del Norte S.A. de C.V.
