Invoice Notes & Welder Certification Details
This Invoice covers all welding and fabrication services performed by our certified Welder, U Kyaw Zin Htun, at the client's premises in Myanmar Yangon during the period of 2 June 2025 to 12 June 2025. The Welder holds valid certifications in MIG (ISO 9606-1), TIG (ISO 9606-1), and SMAW (ISO 9606-1) processes, and all work was carried out in compliance with Myanmar national building codes and the project-specific engineering drawings approved by the client's structural engineer.
All critical Welder joints have been inspected and passed NDT as detailed in Line Item 6. The Welder's daily work logs, material traceability records, and weld maps are attached to this Invoice as Appendices A through C and are available for the client's quality assurance team upon request.
Payment for this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments shall attract a surcharge of 1.5% per month as per the service agreement dated 20 May 2025.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued by Golden Bridge Welding & Fabrication Co., Ltd., registered in Myanmar Yangon, and is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
2. All Welder services described herein are warranted for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of completion. Any defects in welding workmanship discovered within this warranty period shall be rectified by the same Welder at no additional cost to the client.
3. The client acknowledges that the Welder operated in accordance with all applicable Myanmar Occupational Safety and Health regulations. All personal protective equipment (PPE) was provided and used throughout the engagement in Myanmar Yangon.
4. Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the Myanmar Arbitration Centre in Yangon for binding arbitration.
5. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for the services rendered. No additional charges shall be incurred unless a written change order is executed by both parties prior to commencement of additional work.
