Invoice Notes & Welder Certification Statement
This Invoice (Ref: LPW-2025-00487) is issued by Lagos Precision Welding Ltd. for professional welding services rendered by certified welder Engr. Chukwuemeka Okafor and his support crew at the client's facility in Nigeria Lagos. All welding operations were performed in strict compliance with the Nigerian Building and Road Works Corporation (NABRDC) standards and the American Welding Society (AWS) D1.1 structural code.
The lead welder holds a valid AWS D1.1 qualification and ISO 3834-2 certification, renewed as of March 2025. All welders deployed on this project in Nigeria Lagos are registered with the Nigerian Welders and Fabricators Association (NWFA) and carry valid occupational health and safety permits issued by the Lagos State Ministry of Labour.
Payment for this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Please reference Invoice number LPW-2025-00487 on all correspondence and remittances. Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document between Lagos Precision Welding Ltd. and Eko Industrial Structures PLC for welding services delivered in Nigeria Lagos.
- All amounts stated are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as itemized above.
- Failure to settle this Invoice by the stated due date of 26 June 2025 will attract a late payment penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- The welder and crew shall remain on-site for a minimum of 10 working days as specified. Any extension beyond this period will be billed at the daily mobilization rate of NGN 45,000 per day.
- All welding work is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance, provided the structure is maintained per manufacturer specifications.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting current market rates for welding consumables and labour in Nigeria Lagos will be issued.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004).
- The client acknowledges that all welders assigned to this project are employees of Lagos Precision Welding Ltd. and not independent contractors, and that the company carries full professional indemnity and workers' compensation insurance valid in Nigeria Lagos.
