Terms and Conditions – Invoice for Welder Services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh

This Invoice is issued in accordance with the commercial contract between Al-Riyadh Precision Welding Co. and Al-Nakheel Construction Group for the provision of certified Welder services at the Al-Malqa Commercial Tower project located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
All Welder personnel assigned to this project hold valid Saudi Arabian Welder certifications (SA Welder License) and comply with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and applicable municipal regulations in Riyadh.
Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Saudi Arabian commercial law.
All welding work performed by our Welder team in Saudi Arabia Riyadh shall be inspected and approved by the client's Quality Control Engineer prior to proceeding to the next phase. Non-conforming welds will be repaired at no additional cost to the client.
The Welder crew shall adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols mandated by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the project-specific safety plan for the Riyadh site.
Hot Work Permits must be obtained from the site authority before any Welder commences open-flame or arc welding operations. Our Welder supervisor is responsible for ensuring permit compliance throughout the project duration in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the rates and VAT calculations may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the Riyadh industrial sector.
Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Welder services shall be resolved through the Riyadh Commercial Court in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
