The primary objective of this research is to evaluate the resilience of local biological communities in response to environmental stressors. By focusing on a Biologist’s perspective within Algeria, we aim to bridge the gap between academic theoretical frameworks and practical conservation measures applicable in North Africa. The study seeks to answer critical questions about how urban expansion impacts endemic species and what policy interventions can mitigate these effects.
Data collection was conducted over a period of twenty-four months, spanning various biomes around Algiers. The methodology employed by this team of Biologists included:
