Furthermore, the unique socio-political dynamics of the capital region require specialized judicial competence to handle high-profile corporate disputes, constitutional matters, and sensitive national security issues.
This study utilizes a mixed-method approach combining qualitative interviews with senior judicial officers in Islamabad and quantitative analysis of case disposal rates from the Islamabad High Court. Data was collected over an 18-month period to track the impact of new procedural reforms on the daily operations of a Judge.
