• Cultural Sensitivity:The nurse plays a vital role in ensuring culturally appropriate care. Respondents highlighted the need for increased awareness of local customs and traditions when providing care.

The data underscores several pressing issues affecting the effectiveness of nursing practice in Iraq Baghdad. First, there is a clear need to update nursing curricula to better prepare students for real-world scenarios. Second, ongoing professional development opportunities should be prioritized to enhance nurses' skills and confidence.

In terms of patient safety, it becomes evident that additional support mechanisms must be put in place for nurses working in high-pressure situations. This could involve implementing standardized protocols and offering regular training sessions on emergency procedures.

This poster presentation highlights the multifaceted challenges faced by the nurse community in Iraq Baghdad. Addressing these issues requires a concerted effort from educational institutions, healthcare policymakers, and international organizations committed to improving health outcomes.
