This Project Report, outlines a comprehensive initiative aimed at deploying specialized midwifery teams across urban poor communities and peri-urban settlements within Myanmar Yangon. The core objective is to integrate trained, certified midwives into the primary healthcare framework, ensuring that every pregnant woman in Yangon has access to skilled birth attendance (SBA), antenatal care (ANC), and postnatal support.
By empowering mIsidwivess in Myanmar, we anticipate transformative improvements in maternal health metrics within Yangon.
