Furthermore, while Pharmacist professionals are present in various facilities across the province, their roles have traditionally been limited to dispensing medications rather than providing comprehensive patient care. This report highlights the urgent need to shift this paradigm. The geographical and logistical complexities of supplying a city like DR Congo Kinshasa mean that stockouts of essential medicines are common, necessitating a more robust management strategy led by qualified Pharmacist personnel.

The project was designed with three primary goals concerning the integration of the Pharmacist into the broader health ecosystem:

3.1 Professionalization and Training

To upgrade the technical skills of current Pharmacist practitioners in Kinshasa through specialized workshops on pharmacovigilance, antibiotic stewardship, and patient counseling. The goal was to ensure that every Pharmacist interacting with patients in DR Congo Kinshasa possesses up-to-date knowledge regarding drug interactions and emerging health threats.

3.2 Supply Chain Optimization

To implement a digital inventory management system specifically tailored for the pharmacies operating within DR Congo Kinshasa. This system allows for real-time tracking of medicine stocks, reducing waste from expiration and preventing stockouts of critical life-saving drugs.

3.3 Regulatory Compliance
