This Purchase Order is issued by Al Rayyan Corporate Services LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to Gulf Talent Solutions WLL (hereinafter referred to as the "Vendor") for the recruitment, placement, and initial engagement of a qualified Accountant to be based and performing duties in Qatar Doha. This Purchase Order governs all terms, conditions, deliverables, and payment obligations associated with the procurement of professional accounting services for the Buyer's finance department. The Accountant engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for managing the Buyer's financial records, preparing statutory reports in compliance with the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) regulations, conducting monthly reconciliations, and supporting the annual audit process conducted in Qatar Doha.

The Accountant engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties while stationed at the Buyer's headquarters in Qatar Doha:

Maintain and update the general ledger, sub-ledgers, and fixed asset registers in full compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted in Qatar.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for submission to the Qatar Financial Centre Authority (QFCA) and the Ministry of Finance in Doha.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring all vendor invoices and client payments are processed within the timelines stipulated in this Purchase Order.
Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit cycle, providing all necessary documentation and access to financial systems located in the Doha office.
Ensure compliance with Qatar's Corporate Tax Law (Law No. 24 of 2019) and prepare VAT returns in accordance with the Qatar Tax Authority regulations applicable in Doha.
Assist the Finance Director with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for the fiscal year, reporting directly from the Qatar Doha office.
Implement and maintain internal controls and financial reporting procedures as directed by the Buyer's management in Doha.

Payment Terms: The total amount of QAR 75,600.00 shall be paid in two installments. The first installment of QAR 40,000.00 (52.8%) is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issuance of this Purchase Order. The second installment of QAR 35,600.00 (47.2%) is due upon successful completion of the Accountant's probationary period in Qatar Doha, not exceeding ninety (90) days from the commencement date.
Payment Method: All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the Vendor's designated account at QNB Bank, Doha Branch, Qatar. Reference number PO-QTR-2025-00482 must be included in every transaction.
Commencement Date: The Accountant shall commence duties in Qatar Doha no later than 1 August 2025. The Vendor is responsible for ensuring all visa and work permit formalities are completed prior to this date.
Warranty and Replacement: In the event the Accountant fails to meet the performance standards outlined in this Purchase Order during the probationary period, the Vendor shall provide a replacement Accountant of equivalent qualifications within thirty (30) days at no additional cost to the Buyer.
Confidentiality: The Accountant shall sign a non-disclosure agreement covering all financial data, client information, and proprietary business processes of the Buyer. This obligation remains in effect for two (2) years following the termination of employment in Qatar Doha.
Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Qatar International and Financial Centre (QIFC) Courts in Doha.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance under this Purchase Order caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures in Qatar Doha, natural disasters, or pandemics.
Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination, the Buyer shall be liable for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Accountant in Qatar Doha. This document constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Vendor effective from the date of the last signature.
