The Actor shall be engaged for the role of the Lead Character in the production titled "River of Light", a contemporary stage drama set against the backdrop of the Brisbane River. All performance dates, rehearsals, and related activities shall be conducted within the Greater Brisbane metropolitan area, Queensland, Australia, in strict compliance with all applicable Australian entertainment industry regulations and Queensland state licensing requirements.

The Actor shall commence rehearsals on 1 July 2025 at Brisbane Rehearsal Studios, Fortitude Valley, Queensland, Australia. The first public performance is scheduled for 15 July 2025 at the Brisbane Theatre, South Bank, Brisbane, Australia, with the final performance on 26 July 2025. All call times, performance windows, and venue access shall be coordinated through the Buyer's production manager based in Brisbane. The Actor is required to be physically present in Brisbane, Australia, no later than 29 June 2025 to complete contractual onboarding, venue familiarisation, and safety induction as mandated by Queensland workplace health and safety legislation.

• Payment Schedule: 50% of the total Purchase Order value ($18,601.00 AUD) shall be due and payable within 14 calendar days of the date of this Purchase Order. The remaining 50% ($18,601.00 AUD) shall be due within 21 calendar days following the final performance date in Brisbane, Australia.
• Payment Method: All payments shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Seller's nominated Australian bank account. The Seller shall provide a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) and bank details prior to the first payment.
• Currency: All amounts are denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD). No foreign currency conversion shall apply as all services are rendered within Australia, Brisbane.
• Late Payment: Overdue amounts shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed under the Australian Consumer Law and the Queensland Interest on Debts Act 1983.

• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in the courts of Brisbane, Australia, or through the Queensland Small Claims Commission where applicable.
• The Actor engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid Australian working visa or citizenship. The Seller warrants that the Actor is legally permitted to perform in Australia and Brisbane without restriction.
• The Actor shall comply with all venue-specific rules, Australian entertainment industry codes of conduct, and any conditions imposed by the Queensland Entertainment and Events Authority.
• Cancellation by the Buyer more than 30 days prior to the first rehearsal date shall incur a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 30 days shall incur a 50% fee. Cancellation within 7 days of the first performance shall result in full payment of the Purchase Order value.
• The Seller shall provide a comprehensive public liability insurance certificate (minimum $20,000,000 AUD) covering the Actor's activities in Brisbane, Australia, prior to the commencement of any performance or rehearsal.
• All intellectual property rights related to the performance, including recordings and promotional materials produced in Brisbane, Australia, shall be jointly owned by the Buyer and the Actor as stipulated in the separate Artist Agreement referenced herein.
• This Purchase Order does not constitute an employment relationship. The Actor is engaged as an independent contractor under Australian tax law, and the Seller is responsible for all applicable tax obligations.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Actor in Brisbane, Australia. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement upon execution by both authorised representatives.
