- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Montreal Production Services Inc. (hereinafter "the Buyer") and the Actor, Alexandre Tremblay, represented by Beauchemin Talent Agency (hereinafter "the Vendor"), for the provision of professional acting services in connection with the feature film production "Les Rues de Montréal," to be filmed primarily in Canada Montreal and its surrounding metropolitan area.
- The Actor shall be available for all scheduled shooting days, rehearsal sessions, voice-over recordings, and promotional appearances as outlined in the line items above. Any absence or cancellation by the Actor without a valid medical or force majeure reason shall result in a penalty of 150% of the daily rate for the missed day.
- All services rendered by the Actor shall take place at designated production facilities located in Canada Montreal, including but not limited to the primary studio at 4520 Rue Saint-Denis, SoundStage 7 at 2200 Boulevard Saint-Laurent, and various on-location sites throughout the city of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice submission. Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the account designated by the Actor's agent. Invoices must reference Purchase Order number PO-MTL-2025-04872.
- The Actor agrees to maintain professional conduct at all times on and off set. The Actor shall comply with all safety protocols established by the production company and shall adhere to the call sheet schedule provided no fewer than 24 hours in advance.
- All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to performance recordings, photographs, and promotional materials featuring the Actor, shall be the exclusive property of Cinéma du Nord Productions and Montreal Production Services Inc. The Actor grants a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license for the use of their likeness and performance in connection with this production.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Canada Montreal in accordance with the rules of the Quebec Arbitration Association.
- The Actor shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary work permits, tax registrations, and professional credentials required to perform acting services in Canada Montreal. The Buyer shall provide a T4 slip and appropriate tax documentation at the end of the calendar year.
- This Purchase Order may be amended only by written agreement signed by both parties. No verbal modifications shall be considered valid or enforceable.
- The Actor acknowledges that this engagement is for a fixed term of 58 days commencing July 1, 2025, and concluding August 15, 2025, unless extended by mutual written consent. The Buyer reserves the right to extend the engagement by up to 10 additional days at the same daily rate.

Notes: This Purchase Order was issued in Canada Montreal, Quebec, Canada. All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be directed to the procurement department at Montreal Production Services Inc. The Actor's engagement is subject to the standard SAG-AFTRA / ACTRA Canada collective bargaining agreement provisions where applicable. This document is valid for acceptance within 10 business days of the issue date. After this period, the Purchase Order shall be considered void unless reissued.
