This Purchase Order (PO No. APM-2025-04782) constitutes a binding agreement between Al-Riyadh Media Productions LLC and Starlight Talent Agency (KSA) Ltd. for the engagement of the named Actor for the production referenced herein, to be performed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Actor shall be available on all scheduled dates as outlined in the attached production calendar. Any unavailability must be communicated no fewer than 72 hours in advance, and a replacement Actor of equivalent caliber must be proposed within 48 hours.
Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 40% upon completion of principal photography, and 20% upon final delivery of all voice-over and publicity materials. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Saudi Arabia.
All services rendered by the Actor shall comply with the regulations of the Saudi General Entertainment Authority (GEA) and the Saudi Communications and IT Commission (CITC). The Actor agrees to adhere to all cultural and legal standards applicable in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
The Actor grants Al-Riyadh Media Productions LLC full, irrevocable, worldwide rights to use, reproduce, distribute, and exploit all performances, images, and voice recordings captured during the engagement period in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Any changes to scope, schedule, or deliverables must be documented in a written amendment to this Purchase Order, signed by both parties, before execution.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
The vendor shall provide a valid VAT invoice in accordance with the Zakat and Tax Authority (ZATCA) regulations for all payments processed under this Purchase Order.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the content of this Purchase Order, the production details, and any proprietary information exchanged during the engagement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This Purchase Order is specifically issued for the engagement of the Actor Mr. Khalid Al-Mutairi for the production "Al-Madina" (Season 3), to be filmed exclusively in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. All on-set activities, rehearsals, and publicity events referenced in this document shall take place within the boundaries of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise stated in a written amendment. The Actor must hold a valid work permit issued by the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development prior to commencing any work under this Purchase Order.
