This Purchase Order is issued by Meridian Productions Pte. Ltd. to formally procure the professional services of the Actor, Daniel R. Tan, for the principal role in the feature film production titled "Harbour Lights", to be filmed entirely within the jurisdiction of Singapore Singapore. This Purchase Order governs all terms, conditions, deliverables, and financial obligations associated with the engagement of the Actor for the duration of the production schedule.

The Actor shall be engaged to perform the lead role of "Marcus Lim" in a 120-minute feature film. All filming, rehearsals, and related production activities shall take place at designated studios and on-location sites within Singapore Singapore, including but not limited to the Golden Village Studios at Jurong East, the waterfront locations along the Singapore River, and the heritage districts of Chinatown and Kampong Glam in Singapore Singapore.

All amounts stated in this Purchase Order are denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate of 9% as mandated by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore Singapore. No additional charges shall be levied beyond the total Purchase Order value unless a formal amendment to this Purchase Order is executed in writing by both parties.

The Actor shall commence rehearsals on 1 August 2025 and principal photography shall begin on 15 August 2025, with all activities conducted within Singapore Singapore. The production is scheduled to conclude principal photography by 30 September 2025, followed by post-production voice work to be completed by 15 November 2025. The Actor agrees to be available for a minimum of 12 hours per shooting day, with a maximum of 14 hours including overtime, in accordance with the Employment Act of Singapore Singapore and the guidelines set forth by the Media Development Authority of Singapore Singapore.

Payment against this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Actor in writing. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 30% advance payment (SGD 153,840.00) due within 14 calendar days of the execution of this Purchase Order.
• 40% progress payment (SGD 205,120.00) due upon completion of principal photography, subject to the Buyer's written confirmation.
• 30% final payment (SGD 153,840.00) due within 30 days of the Actor's completion of all post-production and promotional obligations.

Any overdue payments shall attract interest at the rate of 2% per month, in compliance with the Interest on Late Payment of Trade Debts Act of Singapore Singapore.

This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The Actor warrants that he holds all necessary work permits, visas, and professional registrations required to perform in Singapore Singapore and shall maintain such documentation for the entire duration of this Purchase Order engagement. The Actor further agrees to comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations enforced by the relevant authorities in Singapore Singapore throughout the production period.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and financial obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Actor in the production to be carried out in Singapore Singapore.
