1. Description of Services – Aerospace Engineer ProcurementThis Purchase Order is issued by Qatar Aerospace Solutions LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") to Gulf Aerospace Consulting FZ-LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Vendor") for the engagement of a qualified Aerospace Engineer to provide specialized technical services in support of the Buyer's ongoing satellite ground-station infrastructure project located in Qatar Doha. The Aerospace Engineer shall be responsible for system design validation, thermal analysis, structural integrity assessment, and compliance review in accordance with international aerospace standards (ISO 15930, AS9100D) and the regulatory requirements of the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA).

The Aerospace Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties within the Qatar Doha metropolitan area and associated industrial zones:
- Conduct comprehensive design reviews of the satellite ground-station antenna array, signal processing units, and power distribution systems.
- Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations to validate structural and thermal performance under Qatar's extreme ambient temperature conditions (up to 52°C).
- Prepare and submit all technical documentation required by the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority for operational clearance of the ground-station facility.
- Coordinate with the Buyer's project management team at the Doha headquarters (Al Rayyan) and the operational site at Al Khor Aerospace Facility.
- Provide monthly progress reports detailing engineering milestones, risk assessments, and corrective action recommendations.
- Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with AS9100D quality management standards and applicable Qatari industrial regulations.
- 4.1 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the Qatar Arbitration Law.
- 4.2 The Aerospace Engineer shall maintain valid professional licensure and all necessary work permits issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Development of Qatar throughout the duration of this engagement.
- 4.3 Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Purchase Order, 50% upon completion of the six-month interim milestone, and 20% upon final delivery and acceptance of all engineering deliverables. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Vendor's designated account in Qatar Doha.
- 4.4 The Vendor shall indemnify the Buyer against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from the negligence or professional misconduct of the Aerospace Engineer.
- 4.5 All intellectual property generated by the Aerospace Engineer in the course of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Qatar Aerospace Solutions LLC.
- 4.6 The Aerospace Engineer shall adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols established at the Buyer's facilities in Doha, Qatar.
- 4.7 This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Vendor shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- 4.8 The Vendor shall not subcontract any portion of the Aerospace Engineer's duties without prior written consent from the Buyer.
Services under this Purchase Order shall commence on 1 July 2025 and shall continue for a period of twelve (12) months, subject to renewal by mutual written agreement. The primary work location shall be the Buyer's headquarters in Al Rayyan, Doha, Qatar, with periodic on-site visits to the Al Khor Aerospace Facility as specified in Line Item 04.
6. Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Aerospace Engineer in Qatar Doha.
