This Purchase Order is issued by Al Rayyan Development & Construction W.L.L. to engage the services of Meridian Architect & Design Studio LLC, a licensed Architect firm operating in Qatar Doha, to deliver comprehensive architectural design, planning, and consultancy services for the "West Bay Residential Tower" project located in the Doha Financial Centre district, Qatar Doha. - This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Architect for the provision of architectural services in Qatar Doha, and is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
- The Architect shall maintain a valid Qatar Municipality professional license throughout the duration of this Purchase Order and shall notify the Buyer in writing within five (5) business days of any change in licensure status.
- All architectural drawings, designs, and documentation produced under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the Buyer upon full payment. The Architect retains the right to use the work for portfolio and academic purposes only with prior written consent.
- The Architect shall comply with all Qatar Doha municipal regulations, the Qatar Building Code, fire safety standards, and environmental guidelines issued by the Ministry of Municipality and the Environment.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Architect within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-QD-2025-04782).
- Any variation or change order to the scope of architectural services must be documented in a written amendment signed by both parties before execution. No verbal instructions shall be binding.
- The Architect shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of QAR 5,000,000, valid throughout the project duration in Qatar Doha.
- In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, both parties shall first attempt resolution through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Qatar Doha.
- This Purchase Order is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue. If not accepted and countersigned by the Architect within this period, it shall automatically lapse.
- All communications relating to this Purchase Order shall be in English and/or Arabic, with the English version prevailing in case of any discrepancy.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Architect for the West Bay Residential Tower project in Qatar Doha.
