This Purchase Order is issued by Strelka Development Group LLC, a registered entity operating within the jurisdiction of Russia Moscow, to procure the professional services of a licensed Architect and the associated architectural design studio, Bureau 74 Architectural Design Studio. All payments under this Purchase Order shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the Architect firm's designated account. The payment schedule is structured as follows:

- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and all applicable federal and municipal laws of Russia Moscow. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow.
- Architect Licensing: The Architect and all associated design professionals engaged under this Purchase Order must hold valid licenses issued by the Russian Ministry of Construction and Housing. The Architect firm must maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 50,000,000 RUB throughout the duration of the engagement.
- Intellectual Property: All architectural drawings, designs, models, and documentation produced by the Architect under this Purchase Order shall become the exclusive property of Strelka Development Group LLC upon full payment. The Architect retains the right to display the completed project in professional portfolios with prior written consent from the Buyer.
- Compliance with Moscow Regulations: The Architect shall ensure that all deliverables comply with the current Moscow City Charter, the Moscow Regional Building Code, and all environmental impact assessment requirements specific to the Russia Moscow jurisdiction. The Architect is responsible for incorporating all feedback from the Moscow City Architectural Department during the permit review process.
- Timeline: The Architect shall complete all design phases within 14 calendar months from the date of Purchase Order acceptance. Architect supervision shall continue for the full duration of construction, estimated at 22 months. Delays attributable to the Architect shall incur a penalty of 0.05% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay.
- Revisions: The Architect shall include up to three (3) rounds of revisions per design phase at no additional cost. Additional revisions requested by the Buyer beyond the included rounds shall be billed at the Architect's standard hourly rate of 12,000 RUB per hour.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or changes in Russia Moscow municipal legislation that materially affect project scope.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all project details, financial terms of this Purchase Order, and proprietary information exchanged during the Architect engagement. This obligation survives for five (5) years following project completion.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall pay the Architect for all services rendered and materials procured up to the termination date, as documented in a final Architect progress report.
This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both authorized representatives. The Architect acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and confirms acceptance of all terms, conditions, and scope of work as described herein. The Architect confirms that all services will be performed in accordance with the professional standards of the Russian Union of Architects and the specific regulatory framework of Russia Moscow.
