All physical goods specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Osservatorio Astronomico di Napoli, situated on the slopes of the Poggio Amareno hill in the Italy Naples metropolitan area. The Astronomer shall be present on-site for the unloading, installation, and initial calibration of all equipment. The delivery window is set between 1 July 2025 and 15 August 2025. All services, including the training workshop and ongoing observational supervision, shall be performed exclusively at the Italy Naples facility unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. The Astronomer acknowledges that the site is subject to local municipal regulations regarding night-time operations and light-pollution controls specific to the Italy Naples urban perimeter.
